I recently read your “Skin Hunger” on the Nature web site. Although I have never read your work before, I appreciated reading this story. I was brought to tears as I read the account, not so much from the sf perspective, but from that of a fetus, caught-up in the middle of the life/choice controversy. Read the story again, with this framework in mind and you, too may see what I mean. Thank you.
Thanks so much for your comment. I love your fetus interpretation. Have you seen the film “ In Utero” by Kathleen Gyllenhaal about that very subject?
Dear Bo Balder,
I was perusing your bibliograpy page and I think I found a typo.

Thanks, Don, that was very helpful! And also thanks for your kind words on the Analog story. Much appreciated.
Dear Bo, I just picked up an older issue of The shoreline of infinity magazine (issue 6, winter 2016/17) and came across your short story “Shaker Loop”. What an amazing story! The tenderness, the humanity that shone through! I was in tears by the end of the story and I simply could not stop! It felt very good… I will certainly follow your writing from now on! Thank you!
